Reuse Product Portfolio Engineer

Introduction to the job

Within ASML we have recently formed a new sector to further scale the parts reuse and repair business. This reuse and repair business will one of the key drivers to realize ASML’s ambition for zero waste and cost reduction. In order to be successful the R&R sector needs to ensure strategic alignment and reduce the fragmented accountability between the sectors and business lines. Therefore a new strategy team within R&R has been formed, consisting of:

• Strategic reuse and repair capability
• Customer Engagement
• Portfolio Management
• Business Line partners

This position will be in the Portfolio Management team. This team further develops the reuse portfolio and leads the cross sector decision making regarding what parts to repair or reuse and where to execute this.

Job responsibilities

• Maintain the parts reuse scope and progress across platforms, reuse centers and other sectors in a transparent way and report periodically on status
• Define parts reuse opportunities and continuous improvements initiatives for different platforms (TAM, SAM, SOM approach)
• Push for data-driven reuse recommendations and  prioritize actions based on insights to maximize impact
• Prepare decision making "what to develop where" and "what to repair where" in alignment with stakeholders, taking different variables into account (e.g. customer requirements, cost, quality, logistics, geopolitics and repair effectiveness)
• Develop with stakeholders category reuse roadmaps and create insights to meet short and long term business goals
• Benchmark reuse performance with best in class

Education and experience

• Relevant bachelor or master degree (e.g. Technical Business Administration, Information Management, other technical degrees)
• 3-7 years of relevant work experience with complex projects or analytics in international environments
• Excellent skills in SAP, Excel, Spotfire and relevant analytics tools
• Excellent command of spoken and written English

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
