Your Mission: Accelerate Service Growth
As Benelux Service Manager and member of the Energy Industries Management Team, you’ll be at the forefront of our Energy Industries division, leading the charge to grow our installed base customer portfolio across the Benelux. You’ll shape and execute a winning service strategy, aligned with global and regional goals, and drive performance through a high-impact team.
This is a commercial leadership role where your strategic thinking, customer focus, and ability to mobilize teams will directly influence our bottom line.
What You’ll Own
Design and deliver the Benelux service growth strategy.
Innovate service offerings tailored to the local market, leveraging global capabilities.
Lead and inspire a high-performing service organization to exceed targets.
Drive profitability through smart execution, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Empower sales to maximize service revenue and unlock new opportunities.
Ensure seamless service-sales cycles, boosting customer retention and upsell potential.
Champion digital tools to enhance productivity and transparency.
Act as key account sponsor for strategic customers, building long-term partnerships.
Your Impact
You’ll be based in Etten-Leur, working with industries like energy, water, chemicals, pharma, and food. You’ll help customers operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently — and you’ll do it with a team that values autonomy, growth, and results.
Your future manager, Gerton Dekkers, leads with a coaching style, giving you the freedom to make decisions and grow through experience.
Who you are
A commercially savvy leader with a technical background in Industrial / Process Automation (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
Proven success in the leading larger teams (20+) with a strong business mindset.
Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
Comfortable in a matrix organization, with ambition to grow.
A strategic thinker who turns vision into action.
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-driven.
