Wij zijn opzoek naar het beste talent voor Team Leider Operations in Groningen (24/5 shift)

Bij Johnson & Johnson Vision in Groningen werken we aan medische lenzen die het dagelijks leven van mensen verbeteren. Als Team Leider Operations bent je verantwoordelijk voor een specifiek productiegebied, waar je een team van operators aanstuurt. Je zorgt ervoor dat het werk veilig, efficiënt en volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Samen met jouw team werk je aan het behalen van de productieplanning en aan een goede samenwerking met andere afdelingen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

• Je stuurt een team van operators aan en begeleidt hen in hun ontwikkeling, inclusief het voeren van voortgangs- en sollicitatiegesprekken.

• Je ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen (GMP, ISO) en zorgt voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving.

• Je bewaakt de productieplanning en stuurt op resultaat aan de hand van duidelijke KPI’s.

• Je verzorgt de shift-overdracht en levert input voor het dagoverleg en verbetertrajecten.

Vereisten:

• Een HBO opleiding of denkniveau in relevante richting of vergelijkbare werkervaring als Team Lead of Supervisor waarbij u aantoonbare leiderschapsvaardigheden heeft ontwikkeld.

• Kennis van GMP, ISO 13485 en ISO 14001 en ervaring met werken volgens vaste procedures.

• Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, stelt heldere prioriteiten en weet anderen in beweging te krijgen.

• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend en kunt goed werken met MS Office. Beheersing van de Engelse taal is een pluspunt.
