Wij zijn op zoek naar het beste talent voor Maintenance support coördinator in Groningen.

In deze functie ondersteun je de afdeling Technical Services waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor de beschikbaarheid van werkgegevens, werkdocumenten, tekeningen, materialen en organiseren van personeel in overeenstemming met de afspraken binnen de uit te voeren werkzaamheden. In deze functie ben jij de ‘spin in het web’. Jij bent op de hoogte van alles wat speelt en je hebt veel contact met zowel directe collega’s, andere afdelingen als externen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

• Het in ontvangst nemen van de opdracht, deze bestuderen en alle voorbereidende werkzaamheden uitvoeren. Zoals materialen, tekeningen, documentatie en personeel regelen en inplannen.

• Coördineren van verzoeken voor nood- en correctief onderhoud, evenals preventief onderhoud.

• Coördinatie en planning van Shutdowns met impact op de bedrijfscontinuïteit.

• Verantwoordelijk voor het up-to-date houden van het CMMS-systeem en asset store management, inclusief het bestellen van materialen.

• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en productie

• Ondersteunt alle EHS-activiteiten die van toepassing zijn op Onderhoud en Kalibratie

Kwalificaties/Vereisten:

• Een technisch inzicht en denkwijze

• MBO4 werk en/of denkniveau, afgeronde opleiding in elektrotechniek of elektromechanica is een plus maar niet vereist.

• Naast beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is goede beheersing van Engels een pre.

• Je bent oplossingsgericht, punctueel, flexibel en stressbestendig.

• Tot slot is kennis van SAP handig.
